Definitely bring a couple fans, one for the window in your room and one for the bedroom doorway. The common area between bedrooms has a window unit that keeps that room nice and cool so a fan for the doorway will help suck the cool air into your bedroom. Def bring hangers, area rugs for both your bedroom and the common area. Flags, posters, LED lights help make the rooms more homey. Bring a Keurig for those early morning classes and you don’t have time to go get coffee. Get a fridge with a freezer and ice cube makers.

Great location in the middle of campus, close to everything
You get close with everyone super quick, every one is super friendly
The RA’s are super chill and relaxed
Cons
There is no AC
You have to share a bathroom with 2-3 suites so 12-18 other people
