   An apartment style dorm that helps students create independence since it is farther from campus.

   I think Park Place is fine if you’re an upperclassmen, but living in Park Place didn’t give me the freshman experience.

   Pros

   • A nice pool, queen sized beds were very nice and clean
   • In addition, the rooms were very spacious and a large kitchen for prepping breakfast and lunch
   • I also liked having my own bathroom.

   Cons

   • It was so far from campus so I either had to drive or walk
   • It’s a 30 min walk to Russell House
   • A lot of friends didn’t have their cars which was not very suitable when it was rainy or cold.

   Highly recommend if you want your own room and bathroom with a decent sized closet. Has great amenities and tons of space.

   • Great people.

   Cons

   • Sometimes the hallways are a little messy along with the elevators but it is cleaned up with a complaint.

   The apartments are beautiful and it comes with a general store downstairs and shuttle pick up right outside

   • Your own bedroom with connected bathroom and walk in closet

   Cons

   • Pool is closed 2 years in a row

   I only recommend for how nice the actual apartment is that you get and the nice amenities

   I would not recommend staying here whatsoever

   • The dorms were great

   • Too far away from campus
   • Amenities barely work
   • Staff was very rude
