I would not live in white hall again only because there were not private bathrooms in the hall. Something that is unique about white hall is that it is an all girl dorm which is good for women who want to few united with other women. I would say to make the dorm life better, make sure you get out and talk to the other girls in the dorm. A memorable time in white hall would be having the group activities where we all got to get out of our room. There would be different things each week like an ice cream bar or a coloring night.
