I would live in the building again for the rooms because they were nicer, but the location is very inconvenient. The most unique thing about Boland is that is connected to two other dorms (Brewster and Brockway) so there are many people living here. Future students should definitely make friends in each bbb dorm because it’s a great way to make more friends and a variety of them.

No one took care of the common areas so it was pretty dirty
The stairs you have to take to get to campus are brutal

I would not live here again. It is part of a three building complex known as BBB; featuring split double, double, and quad rooms. Petition to have the bathrooms updated or changed from communal to pod style and to have the black mold removed from the dorm
