   far from campus – Morningside Park isn’t safe to be near after dark

   Pros

   • convenient for move-in carts
   • close to Morningside Park for runs
   • quiet

   Cons

   • far from campus
   • old building
   • slow elevators

   off-campus, upperclassmen nyc living but make it dorm

   would live here again. unique in that it’s really meant for that off-campus, upperclassmen vibe. the fire escapes & laundry on every floor are a plus. fix the elevator PLEASE!! also, no lounges or communal spaces so it’s hard to have hall community

   • close enough to main campus

   Cons

   • the slowest elevator EVER
   • small af kitchen that’s hard to share between 2 people
   • aged/outdated appliances
