Very nice place to live with plenty of technology resources available in building for study use.

I would live in academic village again becasue I love how you have your own AC and bathroom in your room so you do not have to share with a bunch of people. Some of the unique features in AV are the classrooms and computer labs on the first floor, study rooms on every floor, and there is a dining hall right next door. Future students should get involved with the staff organized dorm evetns so you can meet new people. One memorable thing that happened while I was in the dorm was when me and my firends pulled an all night study session in the first floor computer room to study for our physics finals. We used the vending machines in the first floor to keep our selves going for almos the whole night.
Pros
One big pro was how the whole first floor level had computers and study rooms to use at anytime
There is a bathroom inside your room so you only have to share it with one other person
Have your own AC thermostat in your room
Cons
Kind of far away from many class buildings
There wasn't many organized dorm events going on
There are a lot of strict rules in place since it is more of an academic dorm
I would live here again because it was truly an overall great experience. My dorm had tall ceilings and heaters and AC and was unisex floors. One memorable thing that happened in this dorm was watching movies with my whole hall in the honors classrooms. We would play movies on the projector in the classrooms all the time and was great bonding time.
Pros
Heater/AC/
Access to honors classrooms
Bathroom in room
Spacious room
Cons
Not super close to classes but actually very convenient
