This dorm is brand new with a layout that provides the maximum amount of space for inhabitants.

I would live there again because it is one of the newest buildings on campus and it is on the dark side of campus (away from all of the frats). This makes the area around Finn quieter. Some unique features are that the dorm has different games in the common area of each floor (pool, ping pong, fusbol, etc). I think that future students could make their experience better in this dorm by leaving their doors open more often. Finn is not known for its social aspect while in other dorms on campus students leave their doors open and meet more people. Last year my courses were all online at SCU. I would spend a lot of my time in the common area on the third floor. One day i sat down with some random people who were playing cards and to this day we are great friends.
