Unit 2 is typical and about as good as university on campus dorms get.

I would not live here again because of the cost. Unit 2 is at a convenient location in terms of grocery stores, restaurants, as well as campus itself. Felt like I was living off campus (distance wise), but personally don’t like the fact that I wasn’t able to cook homemade meals. Really tight space in the dorm, and future students: keep your dorm clean. Do weekly cleaning, or else you will have al sorts of bugs as visitors!
