I wouldn’t live here again but glad I had lived there for my first year. It was a great location but lacked in amenities that would have made me love it.

Location was great for classes
Love the food trucks outside the dorm during the week
Also loved how it was near the stadium

There was no A/C
The girls bathrooms where outdated and old
The dorm was very outdated and old and was not up to date like the other dorms on campus
I have met some amazing people and we have all bonded over the heat, everyone is super social and keeps their doors open which is really fun. Mostly the no ac is the issue- but there could be plenty fixed with the bathrooms and the kitchen areas

It is right next to the football stadium, has great views of Newman lake
This is probably the worst place you can end up at JMU, but because it is so bad you will bond over it and make great friends!

I would never live here again. Worst thing pace ever. The worst part was that I was paying the same as others who lived in nicer dorms with AC, individual bathrooms, etc.

We all realized we were living in a really bad place so we bonded with each other and made the best of it

Fun, but ghetto

Lowest end dorm on campus but the experience is made by the people
